The dining room features a large table to seat 6 and a beautiful large original fireplace. The kitchen is upgraded with an open floor plan and breakfast table for extra seating. The rich wooden countertops are handmade with wood from the home estimated to be over 400 years old! Enter the back deck from the kitchen and experience your very own Savannah courtyard, a wonderful place to spend a relaxing morning, afternoon, or evening. The Charming landscape includes a small brick pathway leading to a wrought-iron arbor wrapped in roses. Outdoor iron furnishings consisting of an umbrella table and chairs along with built-in benches on the deck provides plenty of seating for larger parties. And of course there’s a grill!

The second floor has the beautiful master bedroom with luxurious queen bed, TV/VCR, private balcony overlooking courtyard, and a full private bath with Jacuzzi tub. Down the hall is the “Rose Bud Room”, the first guest bedroom offering a Victorian queen bed with brick decorative fireplace. Next is the “Civil War Room”, the second guest bedroom offering a wrought iron queen bed with cozy bedding and a small brick fireplace. A full bath with an original claw foot tub and shower is shared. The third floor is perfect for the kids or extra guests. Two twin beds and a full bed, TV/VCR, Game Cube, and dormer windows overlooking the courtyard and Taylor Street makes this the perfect getaway for anyone.

The 1870’s two story Savannah Carriage House, ”Jones Lane Carriage House”, is adjoined by the beautiful courtyard. The living area has fine overstuffed leather furnishings and a 27” TV/DVD/VCR sitting atop a 1909 steamer trunk. A fully upgraded kitchen and seating for four at a beautiful antique table make you feel right at home. A charming white wicker bedroom with queen bed and full bath (handicap accessible) are on the first floor. The entire second floor is the “Master Suite”. Here you’ll enjoy a luxurious queen bed, 20” flat screen with private sitting area, large floor to ceiling windows, and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub. A small deck surrounded by flowers and foliage, outdoor furnishings, grill, and a handicap accessible ramp are added features.
The Carriage House also provides a high quality inflatable mattress for extra guests.
Private parking for 4 vehicles is provided.
